We worked closely with the Housing Consultant during the planning, drafting and build stages and organizing and scheduling the move. “We are a military family who recently completed an overseas assignment in Germany. In April 2007, we came to Winnipeg on a house hunting trip. We researched RTM builders and found that many of the larger companies were not concerned with customer support. We chose Olympic and found a house plan similar to what we wanted. They helped us with changes we wanted to make and insured that we were happy with the proposed concept. Upon our return to Germany, communication was via email or phone when necessary as to the progress of the plans. Any questions or concerns that we had were answered promptly, usually within a day. The salesman went to the property, took pictures, emailed them to us and made suggestions on what he felt would work best. We were kept informed as to changing completion dates and moving dates which was extremely appreciated as we were co-ordinating overseas shipments of furniture, household goods and vehicles at the same time.
